Legal information, responsibilities, intellectual property, nature of services, and supervision of electrical installations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the bornotto website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the site.

2. Purpose of the Website

The bornotto website is intended to present professional EV charging station installation services, inform users about products available on the market, and facilitate contact with a certified master electrician. All information published is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice.

3. Operator Identification

The bornotto website is a project operated by m7b5 Digital (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which is the legal entity administering the digital activities of the project.

Electrical installation services associated with bornotto products or solutions are performed by Marc Girard, operating under M. Girard Électrique Inc., holder of RBQ license 8339-4064-45, member of the CMEQ.

4. Nature of Services — bornotto Is Not a Retailer

bornotto does not sell EV charging stations. bornotto is a professional electrical installation service. The chargers featured on this website are presented for informational purposes only, to help clients make informed decisions prior to installation.

The procurement of EV charging equipment is carried out by Marc Girard, master electrician, through authorized and accredited official distributors, including:

  • Lumen — official distributor of electrical equipment in Canada
  • BEQ Technology — specialized retailer of EV charging equipment
  • Dubo — distributor of electrical materials and charging solutions

These suppliers are authorized resellers of the brands featured on this site (FLO, Grizzl-E, Wallbox, EVDuty, ChargePoint, etc.). bornotto does not act as a reseller, wholesaler, or retailer of any equipment and does not issue invoices for the sale of hardware. No commercial transaction for the sale of equipment is carried out directly by bornotto or m7b5 Digital.

Clients wishing to purchase a charging station independently may do so through any of these distributors or other authorized retailers. In such cases, Marc Girard may perform the installation of a client-supplied unit, provided the equipment meets applicable standards and eligibility requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, downloadable documents, and source code, is the exclusive property of m7b5 Digital or its partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Brand names, logos, and product images belonging to third parties (FLO / AddÉnergie, United Chargers / Grizzl-E, Wallbox, Elmec / EVDuty, ChargePoint) are used for identification purposes only. Their presence on this website does not constitute an official commercial partnership, affiliation, or distribution agreement with these manufacturers.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

m7b5 Digital makes no representations or warranties that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the website.

Under no circumstances shall m7b5 Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website.

Prices displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on suppliers, availability, and market conditions. bornotto does not guarantee the availability or final price of any equipment.

7. Electrical Installation Services

All electrical installations related to bornotto products or services are carried out by Marc Girard through M. Girard Électrique Inc., a licensed contractor under Quebec's Régie du bâtiment (RBQ 8339-4064-45).

All work is subject to applicable Quebec construction standards, the Quebec Construction Code, and all relevant regulatory requirements. An inspection may be required depending on the nature of the work.

Eligibility for government rebates (including the Hydro-Québec Roulez Vert program) depends on criteria established by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed by bornotto. Clients are responsible for verifying their eligibility with the appropriate authorities.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. m7b5 Digital assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of such external sites.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy laws, including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
